The
Hamilton County GIS Department operates
in accordance with Title VI of the Civil
Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C. 2000d et
seq.), Title IX of the Education
Amendments of 1972, Section 504 of the
Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Title VII of
the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and the
Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990
in training activities, employment
practices, services, or data products.
