The following web applications are for public use.   The data contained within these sites should be viewed only as a representation of reality.  Some datasets are maintained by GeoTech, some are obtained from other sources, while others are updated in intervals of two years or more.  We do not guarantee the currency or accuracy of the datasets herein, nor is any dataset to be considered survey-grade.  No legal inferences or determinations should be made from the information displayed within these web applications.

  • Parcels are provided by the Office of the Assessor of Property
  • Zoning is provided by RPA, SETDD, and Hamilton County
  • Flood data is provided by FEMA

We can build custom maps in a wide range of sizes using any of our available GIS datasets.  These datasets can also be purchased whole or clipped per 100 scale tax map.  We also have many years of historical aerial photography available.

NOTE: Credit card payments are managed by Lexis Nexis and there is a 24 hour delay before payment is finalized.   You will not be immediately informed that your payment has been processed.  Please check with us after that period has passed if you are concerned that your payment did not go through.
